Rhonda has lived in Africa for over 30 years, the last 16 spent working in the humanitarian field focusing on HIV/AIDS, curriculum development, and nationwide training in prevention and care. In addition, she created the concept of the House of Promise – orphan family homes in partnership with community and faith-based organizations (CBO & FBO). Rhonda helped implement drop-in day care facilities, skills training, widow economic empowerment, and a community home-based care outreach. She also served as board chair for a girls secondary school and training facilitator for a government endorsed rape-crisis intervention team.

As a church mission director for over fifteen years, Frank has worked in 68 countries and led over 75 humanitarian teams that specialized in construction and health care projects in primarily third-world locations. Skilled in project planning, logistics, training, and team leadership, Frank is excited to bring these skills to Fingerprints Across Africa. He has worked numerous times in Africa with Rhonda Allen and has “hands on” experience with the tremendous work that has been demonstrated by this organization, especially in the nation of Malawi. Frank and his wife Kathy currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah.

As logistics director for short term missions’ teams for over 10 years, Tatsy organized the supplies and training for over 40 teams and led 10 teams that worked in Africa, Vietnam, China, Peru, and Guatemala. Tatsy is excited to bring his experience to Fingerprints Across Africa. In Africa, he has served in Malawi, Equatorial Guinea, and Tanzania. He especially enjoyed working with Rhonda in Malawi. Tatsy and his wife, Vicki, live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
