 Serve Team Safari
Our journeys bring hope & change lives!

Why Go To Africa?

One of the biggest social problems facing urbanizing Africa are the orphans and street kids. These children are at high risk of abuse, neglect, malnutrition, disease, and trafficking. Without help, these orphans, street kids and vulnerable children have NO HOPE for the future! This is your opportunity to change their world. You can make a difference by touching one child at a time with lots of love, hugs, and smiles. You can show them that there are people who genuinely care and are willing to put the love of Christ in their lives into action.
In 2019, we built a "Bridge School" for orphans and vulnerable children. In 2021, we will be working in 2 different areas:
1. We will conduct another medical clinic and have a children's outreach back at the Bridge School site in Epworth, Harare. We need medical personnel for the clinic -- doctors, nurses, dentists, and more! We also need people who can count  to help with packing medicines; we need counselors; and we need people to help with the children's outreach (primarily focusing on orphans and vulnerable children).
2. Construction team will be working at one of our orphan project sites. It will either be at the school building a kitchen or it will be with our older orphans working at the farm.
WE NEED YOU! Will you consider coming?

What skills & services are needed?

  • Skilled tradesmen like brick layers, carpenters, welders....and painters!
  • Medical professionals like doctors, nurses, dentists, counselors
  • General  laborers
  • Logistics, crafts
  • Teachers/children's workers
  • Anyone willing to help
  • Greatest skills needed are the abilities to love children, care for hurting people, and being willing to invest your life in others!
